Shipping & Delivery Options
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders across Canada.

Standard Shipping (1–4 business days): FREE

Express (Overnight): $30 | Free for orders over $1,000

Saturday Delivery: $40 | Free for orders over $1,000 | Available in select locations

Pick-Up In Store: FREE | Available in select boutiques
Orders placed by 3:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) are prepared and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or during holidays will be prepared the next business day. In the rare case of item unavailability, you will be notified of any preparation delays.
Signature is required upon delivery.
Shipping to remote regions may result in extended delivery times. Accurate delivery estimates will be provided at checkout based on your postal code.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. That’s why we offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
You may return or exchange eligible items:

Via post: A prepaid return label will be provided.

In-store: Visit one of our boutiques to process your return or exchange.
Please ensure the following for successful returns:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached.

Gift boxes and accessories must be returned with the item.

Final sale items and personalized pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
